Working with Jon to design our Elfa storage system was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The Elfa system itself offers incredible variety with so many customizable options to suit different storage needs. During our consultation, Jon showcased its exceptional quality and sturdiness by hanging his entire body weight from a shelf—a demonstration that left no doubt about its durability! Jon was efficient and responsive throughout the planning process. He brought a creative, out-of-the-box approach to our brief, taking our specific requirements and tailoring several distinct design options. His expert guidance allowed us to enjoy the best of both worlds: complete flexibility in choice, paired with his deep understanding of the product. After two months of daily use in our new home, we could not be happier. Our closet looks completely organized and functional, and we are so glad we chose Jon and Elfa for the project.+4Posted on Google

Chris Gill17 April 2026I've been using Elfa for a quite a while now, from freestanding shelving in my shed to a utility room system including top rail and freestanding units. So when i recently replaced a wardrobe, an Elfa system seemed the obvious choice. Jon was excellent throughout the process, he's knowledgeable, helpful, enthusiastic and a great communicator. The whole process was easy from ordering to delivery and some minor problems he sorted really quickly. Can't speak highly enough of Jon, a diamond :).+1Posted on Google

Sun Lee15 February 2025Jon was very helpful in talking through a solution and advising on how best to approach replacing some kitchen shelving at my workplace. We discussed the various Elfa systems and settled on the Top Track System rather than the traditional Sparring system which I have had some experience with. I sent him some pictures of the wall and some rough guide of my requirements, and he was able to sketch up some drawings to help visualise how the wall would look. There was one tricky short standard that had to be installed but a laser helped to level the piece out. All in all the installation went smoothly and Jon was a joy to deal with!+1Posted on Google
Jessica McGillen13 February 2025Jon did an absolutely fantastic job with a large set of wall-to-wall bookshelves in our living room. He was quick with correspondence and it was clear immediately how much he knows about and enjoys using Elfa products. He advised me on a design plan, sent extensive renderings in the form of 2D and 3D images plus a narrated video, ordered all the components, and came out to Oxford to install the system---all on a tight timeframe (two weeks from start to finish) and for a very reasonable price. He was also lovely in person, friendly and knowledgeable. The shelves are prominent in our living room, so it was reassuring to know we could trust him completely with the job. His work was impeccable and he has truly helped to transform our house into a home.+0Posted on Google

Matt Townsend9 October 2024A genuinely tremendous renovation experience. Jon is responsive, genial, flexible and design-mined; the results are robust, elegant and exactly what we wanted. We even used (at his suggestion) bespoke melamine boards for Elfa system shelving, which worked out better AND cheaper than Elfa options, combining seamlessly with the Elfa system. If you have decided on Elfa, then your next choice is already made - Jon delivers.+3Posted on Google
David Lynch2 October 2024Echoing what previous customers have said, in summary Jon provided an excellent, professional service from start to completion. From the initial conversation, the 3D diagrams that he created to give a visual image of what the project will look like, to the final installation. And I also got some bonus music recommendations as well! Not only is Jon very professional, but very personable and was a joy to have in the house during the install. To say I am pleased with the overall service is an understatement, he gave advice where required and the finished project has transformed my working environment and Elfa melamine shelves that he recommended are just perfect. Thank you Jon, and would definitely recommend.+1Posted on Google

Jon was very helpful and got back to me quickly in response to emails. I’m really pleased with the Elfa product - an extremely flexible system and very easy to put together. I’d been looking for a solution to turn a manky old cupboard into a larder come storage area and this fit the bill perfectly - I’m very pleased. One star deducted as I ended up with 3 extra small baskets and a wrong sized wire drawer but probably partly my fault. I’ll use these elsewhere in the house when I get round to planning it. Definitely recommend.+2Posted on Google

Chris Joseph15 November 2023After years of trying to fit two motorbikes plus a bunch of tools and accessories into a tiny garage space, I decided to call in the professionals. Jon from Organise space came over to measure up and we talked through various options, A couple of days later he emailed the designs over and I opted for a bespoke Elfa storage solution. Parts were ordered and a couple of weeks later the installation took place without any drama. The transformation of the space has been incredible, using every possible part of the walls all the way up to ceiling height. Not only are both my bikes and all the other stuff now easily accessible, its actually created space for more! I'm delighted with the outcome which would only have been possible with a bespoke solution. Well worth the investment and highly recommended.+0Posted on Google

Ian Simpson29 September 2023The key thing about employing Jon is the saved time and effort. We have several other self-designed Elfa storage installations around our house. Each time I made mistakes because of my lack of experience. This installation was designed in conjunction with Jon. The only mistakes made were my 'losing' a small shelf - subsequently found by my wife: it was hiding in plain sight on top of another shelf. He had already sent me a replacement without question. We wanted flexibility - our storage requirements will change over time. : Elfa provides that. To achieve that, the design needs to take that into account. Jon provided that. And all for a sensible reasonable fee. Sorry about the shelf Jon. My fault. :>(+2Posted on Google

Aysem Kilinc12 March 2023We were familiar with the Elfa system and wanted to use it for our wardrobes. I just Googled "Elfa" and found Organised Space. Jon responded right away and came up with a 3D model of the wardrobe. He shared a youtube video with his comments and drawings--we were pretty impressed! He was responsive and followed up with necessary changes/suggestions until we found the right design. He even exchanged emails with the carpenter to make sure the sliding doors and the Elfa system would work perfectly together. The installation was also pretty easy for use: we booked a day, he brought all Elfa pieces with him one morning, installed the whole wardrobe, and took away all the packaging when he was done. He was very efficient and clean! We cannot recommend Jon enough!+2Posted on Google

Niamh Connor8 June 2022I contacted Jon from organisespace after I had been searching high and low for a more cost effective/ good quality storage solution for my new interiors office. I had been given ridiculous quotes from other joiners for what I was looking to achieve in the region of £10 - £15k, and I wasn't prepared to part with this much money on something that would be built in and not transferrable when we look to move house. Jon's company specialises in the ELFA product which is exactly what I was looking for and ticked all the boxes with regards to flexibility/ attractiveness/ well priced with a fairly quick install. Jon knew I had a budget of around £3k and we worked to this to provide myself with ample amounts of shelving storage/angled tile display shelves/ a fabric hanging rail and a good sized layout table with 16 mesh drawers to allow me to house all my material fabrics on my projects. He was extremely knowledgeable and conscious of my budget at all times. And could be more helpful when it came to supplying all the bespoke parts to my Elfa system. Extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend. Thank you Jon, I love my new garden office.+2Posted on Google

All around a great experience and we’ll be going with Jon again if we need anymore Elfa shelving in the future.+0Posted on Google
Thalassa Scholl9 February 2021Jon did a beautiful job of designing and installing the insides of two built-in wardrobes for my apartment. Joanna Brass8 February 2021Jon did a great job on two projects in our house; he planned, ordered and installed all the shelving and hanging space in a walk in wardrobe/dressing room, and he also planned and installed a wall of shelving to hold art supplies and books surrounding our "making" (craft/kids art) table. He was really organised and efficient, his pricing was incredibly reasonable and his knowledge of the Elfa products was so helpful - they are of excellent quality and are withstanding hard family wear and tear. Next time we have another such project we will definitely be calling on Jon. We have recommended Jon to friends.+0Posted on Google

Doralee Ziomek23 April 2024First, excellent and responsive customer service. Now let's talk about Elfa shelving. I have had Elfa in my closets in every house I have lived in for the last 20 years. I now have it in my pantry as well. I love the flexibility of the shelving. It's particularly good for children as they grow and their needs change. Highly recommend Elfa and highly recommend Organise Space.Posted on Google

He helped us order the correct parts and installed the shelving units so quickly, what took him a a day would have taken us days. He turned up on the agreed install date and couldn't have asked for better. Really a fantastic service. Highly recommend.Posted on Google

Hannah Portner20 November 2023Jon from Organise Space was a delight to work with. I was looking for some simple bookshelves to put in my bedroom and although I liked the Elfa product, I couldn't figure out which parts I needed. I discovered Organise Space through the Elfa website and it was a breeze working with Jon! He knows the product inside out, so gave me great advice and recommendations. I sent him a photo of the space and he sent me multiple 2D and 3D mock ups of options of how to build the shelves in the space. I was leaving the country and needed the shelves built quickly and Jon was very accommodating and did the job before I left. They look fantastic! Can highly recommend!Posted on Google
