At the start of the 2026, Elfa’s UK distributor ceased trading. This wasn’t an Elfa issue, but it does mean there is currently no UK-based warehouse.
Because of that, everything I sell is now imported to order on a regular monthly cycle.
Ordering & shipping cycle
I place my import order around the middle of each month (usually the 15th). Once the order leaves the EU, the import process and UK shipping normally takes around four weeks.
As a rough guide:
• Order placed mid-month
• Goods imported and shipped to the UK
• Delivery to you around 3–5 weeks later
If timing is important, please ask so we can discuss expectations.
Pricing & delivery
I charge the published Elfa RRP, plus a UK delivery charge of £10, £15, or £20 depending on the size and weight of the order.
Returns & storage
Because everything is imported specifically for each customer:
• I’m not able to accept returns
• You’ll need to be able to receive delivery at the address provided
• I don’t have a separate storage facility for holding stock
This arrangement has been working smoothly since around May 2025.
What I need from you
To make ordering simple, please provide:
• Full invoice address
• Full delivery address
• A mobile number for courier updates (APC)
I’ll send you a parts list to confirm before raising an invoice.
Payment needs to be made promptly so your order can be included in the next import cycle.
