- Bays A-E include wire shelves designed to fit seamlessly around existing electrical features. Shelves are customised to a 300mm depth for corner spaces, ensuring accessibility and clean integration.
- Bay F features versatile basket storage with an option for dual 600mm columns, depending on precise wall-to-wall measurements.
- Adjustable Shelving for Flexibility
- Shelves are left unfixed, allowing Amy to adapt the layout as her storage needs evolve. This approach combines stability with the freedom to reconfigure.
- Integration with Electrical Fixtures
- The design addresses dimensions around cable covers and electrical features, ensuring proper alignment. With measurements like a 1348mm width and 50mm feature depth, the shelving is planned for a seamless fit.
- Material Options
- Both board shelves and wire shelves are considered to meet load-bearing requirements. Board shelving, inspired by a previous art book project, provides an elegant solution for display items.
